every time wee take pictures and print of pictures ie from photo printer or getting them developed from profesonals the prints are comming out blue tinged. could you please tell me the problem the camera is just a year old and has two year garentee

I purchased a camera last year as a gift and it produced blue pics and you could see this on the LCD screen also. I simply returned for a refund and purchased a Samsung which was fine.
It sounds like a colour balance issue and if you have it set to auto a problem should not exist and would return it. Try the retailer first though as they may just exchange/refund.
