I have a 2005 Kia Amanti with a factory installed 6 CD player.(Infinity) Upon placing a cd into the player/chgr I got "Errr code 2". When I looked up the info in the owners manual it instructed me to push on both the load and eject buttons simultaneously which resulted in no action at all. What self help measures are available to avoid an expensive repair bill?...
I have the same problem. Did you ever find a solution to your problem? Do you know if the CD portion can be replaced without having to replace the entire unit?
