washing machine wont spin?

my beko washing machine fills with water but wont spin( beko ) model wm14:2 eco-care.

I also have a Beko washing machine with the same problem, it is because the belt may be stretched and needs replacing. It stops it from spinning and the machine just fills up with dirty water. I have just ordered a new one from curry's for 27.99 if that is any help!
