I have no idea how the article of clothing came into contact with the bleach in question but there are 4 or 5 small pinkish bleach marks on the right shoulder of a dark blue cotton jacket. How can i mask these spots?
If you really like the cut of the jacket...you could try using color remover on the entire thing and then getting a nice dye brand/color and dying the entire jacket another color (or the same original color)

No way to remove the spot because the bleach removed the color in the fabric.
Either get a markie with the same color and draw over it, or get a new piece of clothing.
