indesit wd12s problem counted light flashes need help?

program dial keeps turning have counted light flashes as per pauls answer to same question and they are 6 every ten seconds please advize

I have an Ariston Washer Margherita 2000 AL88X (Ariston now part of Indesit) with the same problem. Got 2 technicians over to check and they told me that the eProm or the PCB is faulty and needs to be replaced and will cost a bomb and it needs to be specially ordered from Italy!!!
