when i press button only mikomi appears on screen. Nothing happens after that. Even does not switch off, have to remove battery and then inseret again. Does not show as drive on computer even (its not deducted) Somone help me.

hello
simply press right click on the removable disk and then press the format option and then select the fat32 or fat(best) . it will reformat ur mp3 player ok .then install the software .(the software i.e in the cd given by the company).please send the same mikomi (513/3848) mp3 player software to me .my emai id is thotaramana@gmail.com.i am waiting for this software from last one year .i lost the software cd pleaseeeeeeeeeeeee
