does not take the fabric conditioner or spin?

my servis washing machine today did not take the fabric conditioner or spin it just kept empyting please help. It is a front loader and a 1100 spin only 3 years old

hi rear of machine low down there is a seperate circuit board,these are well known to overheat power off and check it out
