How do I make my wall clock chime again?

In the fall I turned the clock back one hour, apparently I turned incorrectly and now the clock will not chime. Now I have moved it forward one hour and it still won't chime. It chimes every hour it stops after chiming at 10 and starts again at 6. How can I fix the chimes

if your clock is chiming the time BUT MISSING between the hours of 10pm till 6am this is the SILENT MODE INSTALLED DURING MANUFACTURE
IE this is not a FAULT is is so you can go to SLEEP.
