I have been sent a letter by yourself to say you can fix the straightners but I need to contact you to let you know to fix them. I have 21 days to get in touch otherwise you will throw them away. I have tried numerous times and no one ever picks up. I have probably spent a fortune on phone bills already with no success to my problem.

What do you suggest I do?

As you sent the article, you obviously have an address.
If you haven't got the sense to send a letter then you can't be trusted with electrical items anyway.
