optia compact alarm rings after power cut?

My optima comact has worked fine for 8 years. Toady after the power was cut and restored the alarm won't stop ringing. As soonas the power is restored the alarm rings, any help is appreciated.

Sorry... check annually, replace every 5 years.

your backup battery is probably shot..... replace anually !
