no hot water?

My valliant boiler heats the radiators, but does not give me hot water why is this? The boiler was in the house when we moved in 6 years ago and been serviced 9mths previous. not sure of model number.have to bleed radiators on a regular basis

sounds as if the diverter valve is faulty, when hot water is required this valve should move over. Same thing happened on my combi.
