I had Halstead combi quatro boiler central heating instaled in 1996. central heating rads fully working but My hot water side has not worked for 7years now.
I had the installers to service it they told me to get British Gas eng. in. So I did but They could not fix it even with all the high tech. equipment.
I had corgi reg. engineers in too. NO JOY!!!
They have changed diverter valve last year too. Still NO JOY!
Can anyone help me to find what the fault could be?

if you had british gas in to fix it, you paid for it to be fixed - thats the deal. if it stil does not work you should have called them back untill it did work!
