Can I fix my broken guitar amp?

I have a Washburn BadDog BD8 guitar amp, and it recently stopped working. It first squeaked really loud when I turned my mic on and tried using it. I gave up on it that day, and then the next day I plugged it in and it didn't turn on at all. The only thing that I can think of that did this was one day I carried it from my house to the car in the rain. But, it worked the next day after that happened. It broke about a week alter. Did that tiny amount of water mess it up? Can I fix this?

Has anybody ever experienced this or know anything to do?
