Sigma alarm wont switch off?

Vauxhall Cavalier sigma alarm & immobiliser wont switch off. Have replaced batteries in fob still no change. Its as if theres something stopping the fob from contacting the car. Any suggestions, please

Hi, sounds like you'll need to reprogram the remote to the alarm (changing batteries wont help matters). There should be a keypad in the car, allowing you to use your PIN to do this. The only problem would be if you 1. havent got a pin 2. havent got a keypad. If this is the case youll have to send the alarm off to a place like TECH-TRONICS in MCR who'll prog it for you or supply you with a keypad if you need it.

you don't say what model number of Sigma alarm it is.
The M30 has the ability to go into Super Lock mode - it will not even turn off with the correct key fob if this is the case - you need to enter the PIn into the keypad hidden in your car if this is the case.
