The supplying dealer shold have access to this from the VIN #,
if no success try the radio manufacture. You will need the radio serial #( Try Customer Service).If there is a manual it could be noted some where. Look in the glove box to see if it's written down. I had the same problem tried 1111 and it worked. Just lucky. With Radios so cheap sometimes its better to buy a new one.
