AEG Micromat_Combi -- Error Code E14?

My AEG microwave frequently displays E14 error code and cannot be reset from the control panel
However - by disconnecting the power and resetting the clock - it will perform normally for a day or so?

Anyone know the cause?

Sounds like flap motor servo bolloksed. Unplug, take off cover, u should see a motor just above and behind control panel.
