classic ff360 ideal boiler - programming options?

just moved into a new place with a classic ff360 ideal boiler - there are different programming options, 1 to 6, is there an option to just heat water and not the radiators?

anyone know where i could find a user manual for this boiler?

I have this boiler. The dial on the front 1 - 6 is the internal thermostat and isn't a program selector. Should be set on around 4 which is 72C / 161F.
