How can I fix my Candy Frost Free Fridge-Freezer?

The freezer compartment is getting ice in the bottom. I have tried defrosting and melting the ice in the drainage pipe, but in a couple of weeks it is back to square one. What can I do?

I can agree with the other engineer these is a tempremental appliance that also in my experience tends to have a weak control module

as an engineer i can confirm that this is typical of this machine, its belived that the defrost is on not long enough and that before it has drained it starts freezing. The only soloutiion is to fit a new main heater, i have found that has helped in the past.
