how can I fix my Zanussi wjs 1397w washer dryer?

On any wash program the drum fills with water but then stops and there is no rotation. Machine will drain and spin when manually selected. Control board and timer have both been changed so has the motor, fault is still the same. Any ideas?

if so both the boards are married you cant change just one
