how do i get a cd out that is stuck?

i have a cd stuck in my reault clio - gamme radiostat. how can i get it out? it plays ok but when i press eject nothing happens and automatically turns to the radio when u switch back cd starts to play from beginning. car and stereo 3 yrs old.
