Hopoint Acquarius - On/Off Button?

Recently received a Hotpoint Acquarius 1100 Washer Dryer WD61 - Plumbed it in however it wouldn't come on and had an electrician confirm there was power into it but couldn't understand why it was dead. Is there an electrical reset button?
