how to get a stuck cd free?

i have vauxhall astra club estate, with a single cd player, with the cd stuck inside. how can i get the radio/cd player out, to open it up to release the stuck cd ?

is it cdr 500? we have a cd stuck in ours it says that there is no cd in the player , so won't release it? did you have any luck
