feed rollers in tray area, or feed roller shaft below transfer charge roller is bad. 10-30k life expect respectively. Sometimes u can clean rubber rollers with soap/water (not dripping wet) if doesnt help replace both sets. If still jams, its a feed solenoid, or a ss1 (paper feed sensor board).
