Keeps telling me there is a jam (feed light flashing) but cannot find any problem looking from the outside in. No-one will touch an Epsom in my town due to "Epsom parts are impossible to get". I need to get into this machine to get a better look. There are no screws visible and I don't want to destroy it to fix it. I'm on a deadline and can't afford a new one. Help!

remove the round plastic screw hiders undo the 4 retaining screws remove the c clip retainer under the plastic housing and lever the case apart being very careful while at the same time holding both sides of the case
