how can i fix my power devil petrol mower?

my petrol mower struggles to start, it will fire up then die out straight away. it takes a long time to start but when it does go it revs high and low constantly.

it is a power devil petrol mower

this could be that it is not warm enough are u using the choke? if u are then it could be that the mower is not getting enuff fuel or air. this could be down to blocked fuel tube or air intake
