display lights up and no faults showing, hence fuse no 1 is ok . Fan, and pump start even though there is no demand for heat, i.e. tap not running and heating switched off.Hence fuse no 2 is ok. Suspect air pressure switch fault, or fan blades not turning (even though motor is on) but unsure as to how to check these two theories. Would not expect fan or pump to run without there being a demand for heat .So does this point to pcb failure.
Boiler is combi boiler Jaguar Model no 24KTVJ
Final thought if the flue has a partial ob struction the manual says the boiler should turn off .(but shouldnt this also stop the pump and the fan)
