my Zanussi jetstream 1200 won't spin?

I have a few items in my washing machine and it has not spun. Have set it just topm spin a few times and it makes some noise, but does not spin, Has the nelt gone? if so how do I replace it?

I had exactly the same problem its your motor brushes .
You can buy them for about a tenner from ebay!
