I have disconnected the battery many times. Some one told me to jump the cables with a 30amp fuse while the battery was disconected. This didn't work. I pulled the alarm fuse. I driven the car around town. I put the fuse back in and the alarm is still on. I have used every key I have to unlock each door, and start the car while the alarm was on. Nothing has worked.

You need to go through a test procedure for your system where you find which sensor caused the alarm to activate. Normally, on an alarm system on a car of this age, the bonnet switch is the usual culprit but you should be able to cancel the alarm anyway via the unlocking procedure or a keyfob. Have you tried disconnecting the power to it and then reconnecting?
