How can I mend a broken chord pull light?
I must have pulled too hard on the cord pull light switch in the bathroom for the ceiling light and the cord has come out. I unscrewed the switch and tried to push a stick up the middle where the cord came out of but this has done nothing. Can't switch light off! Any help appreciated! Have also tried taking the fluorescent tube out of the light fitting but cannot get the plastic casing off the round fitting.
