ford escort 1.3 l clutch?

clutch pedal keeps adjusting[clicking sound]. does this mean my clutch is nearly worn ?

Hi does,nt mean a 100% it,s your clutch more than likely it,s just the ratchet on the clutch pedal worn out.
Replace this part first,i would strongly recommend you get this part from ford not a cheap pattern part as they never last long if they work at all.
