I have a Frigidaire Powerwasher 1100 model #DW1100DL-2. The soap dispenser is not opening during the cycle and my dishes are not clean. Nothing is blocking it, and the detergent is not wet or stuck in the dispenser.
PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

Hi, simply- don't know. But I have the same problem with a Haier and an Indesit. I will Post back if I figure it out! Obviously check that they are clean to start with, on first inspection I thought that might be it, but doesn't seem to be. It might be the plastic release catch on them that seems a bit worn!
