How can I fix agitator on my Whirlpool Ultimate Care II LSQ7030LQ0?

The bottom part of the agitator works, but the top part will not agitate. It will not pull clothes down from the top.

Sounds like you have bad agitator dogs. I had the same problem with my Kenmore and it was a fairly easy 30 minute repair
