optima xm6 its broke !!?

just had new carpet fitted which set off the treadmat a couple of times , alarm is now stuck with attack lit up and the power light on and wont reset, in fact none of the buttons are working .. any one out here that can advise me ?

this alarm will lockout keypad and not give any tones if a tamper or PA fault is present.
once fault is found/cleared unit will return to day mode and will work normally.

have you got a panic button is it reset?
is the wiring to it ok?
