they dont have one on this its a bosch not a pre war washer
(the pump or pump housing is blocked or the pump has had it)

usually there is a solinoid valve under the washer that has to energize to open the drain valve. With Kenmore units it was a broken wire going to the solinoid. check on the bottom of the washer near the discharge hose an see if you can find a broken wire.
