The top 3/4 of the fridge compartment is not working at all, but the bottom 1/4 where the drawers are is cool enough. The freezer is working normal. How can I solve it?

sounds like you need the rs 21 repair kit,
a common fault with this model,

make sure you buy the latest modified parts, and not old stock..
