I Have a Ingis AFE 275/IG. undercounter freezer, I went on holiday and defrosted it. On my return I switched it on and it aint getting cold. I have cleaned almost everything and it still aint working. All the lights are working, it feels like the compressor is running, but nothing is getting cold except for on the rear of the freezer there is a copper tube, it has a thin copper tube goind into a thicker copper tube like a pod. only this is getting cold. what can i do?

Freezer have a defrost timer that turns on for 15 mins a day. It is a24hr clock. And it has a common screw drive slot in the middle turn it clock wise about 5 degs to see if the compressor comes back on. if it does then replace the timer.
