my scantronic 03 01 0683 was left in my work shop with the code to reset it and turn it of it now show,s K 01 and will not set what do i do

K01 refers to Keypad 1, if tamper is also displayed ( most likely) then you need to check the tamper actuator for the keypad is working correctly.
