Fix treadmill incline?

I have a Health Rider spacesaver treadmill. It is electric with a computerized control panel. When my husband started the machine the incline rose on it's own and will not lower. Is this something we can fix and if so how?

its because the air pump at the bottom is not getting air than u have to c wat is blocking its air hole

well if you know how to trouble shoot it . it can be motor can be a board but if i had to guess i would say the motor
