How can I fix my washing machine Bosch classixx 1000?

My washing machine will not work, the drum will not turn but the belt is ok. It also fills and empties with no problem?

the drum is not spinning on spin cycle - you hear the programmer click as though it want to - but is doesnt - please can someone send me some info on how to repair or or send me a service manual....
