Open back panel and see if the transparent hose to the round disc (pressure switch) has a tiny hole? I'd take the whole tube out (from disc and outer tub attached to the outside of outer tub and blow air into it while submerge in pail of water to see if it leaks-like they do at the tire repair shop.
