they hang on 6 external hinges, which have a hexigon slot in the top. The catch does not engage, and the wind blow them open. How can I ajust them?

There should be adjustments on the end of the door. Look at the edge of the door, you should be able to stick a screw driver in there and turn a screw that changes the height of that wheel. You'll have to do the same with the rest to get it right. There should be an adjustment in every corner edge of the door.
