I have a ford focus with original CD/radio player installed model No. 6000 CD. It excepts the disc but it comes up with E11 error,does anyone out there know how to fix this error,if so please let me know thanks

I found the following in another forum and it worked for me:

- remove Fuse 31 (Radio) for about 10-15 seconds
(or disconnect your car battery)
- put Fuse 31/battery back again
(now Radio is asking for the CODE - - - -)
- Insert your 4-Digit-KEY-CODE
- CD PLAYER will work again :-)

- Use a LENS-CLEANER-DISK to avoid to get same
Error Message (E11) soon again
(E11 means the laser optic is dirty)
