Can any one tell me what sort of grease and how much of it the Kenwood Chef takes?

Just looking at the manual (i was wondering the same as i just inherited an a701a and it is really noisy at low speed)
it says the gearbox is pressure filled with grease - doesn't sound the sort of thing you can do in your garage!
