How can i fix my zanussi freezer?

Freezer temperature seems to have dropped significantly. I have turned thermostat in the fridge to maximum but this has made it worse. Fridge temperature is fine. Any ideas of what might be wrong would be great

More than likely a compressor problem. I had the same with my Zanussi. Next thing the lights will all start flashing and the fridge will stop working. If I can help then email me maxxs_mummy@yahoo.co.uk I'll let you know how I solved my problem .....
