Why can't i add music files to my IItronics mp 3 player IMP-65?

How can I fix my IItronics IMP-65, everytime I try and add music to it, it always says unknow format, even though the manual states that it supports wma files, how can i fix this?

Your files may have some sort of copyright protection on them or something. If this is the case, you could always burn the files onto a CD, and then rip them again without and protection on them...
