How can I put new springs in my NEFF fitted oven door?

Springs busted in the door and it now won't close properly. Other half wants me to buy new oven but I'm sure this one can be fixed. Theres nowt wrong with the way it works! It's a large fitted oven with top big oven with fan and small bottom oven with grill.

Hi Richard

Give me your ENR No (located on the makers plate plus the FD
No. (Fabrication Date Code) Then I can ID the correct set for you

We will send you a pair of new hindges which contain the springs.

The old set can be removed by unscrewing the screws at the base of the door and inside which hold them in place

They are then replaced with the new ones. Its not rocket science and can be done with door removed and laid on on a flat surface.
