2000 Grand Jeep Cherokee- Who do i get the headlight and taillights to work?

My jeep grand cherokee larado recently had a new motor put in it..since, the left headlight quit working,on bright and dim (the bulb isn't blown) the tail-lights work sometimes, the brake lights only work sometimes, and my windshield wipers will not shut off.. i had to take the fuse out so they would cut off...any suggestions would be great!!!!!

I don't know if you found an answer to the brake light....I too have a 2000 GJC...and recently fixed my left brake light wich was not working. inside the tailight are 3 plastic/rubber lids with bulbs...the top is your brake light...turn the lid 1/4 counter clockwise and then pull out. Lay bulb/lid aside inside where the bulb was is a black ring of rubber with 3 connecters one by itself and two together. the one by itself is the graounder and will likely be kinda embedded in the balck rubber ring. GENTLY pry up a lil with the edge of your nail or flathead screw driver. press on other contact's too BUT don't accidentally cross them or you'll blow a fuse .....replace bulb/lid make sure you turn it back 1/4 clockwise to lock in. By the way if you blow fuse they are located under steering collum , left side and it's #23....easy to replace....
