Element Replaced Still No Joy?

A little while ago I asked about my Neff B1451 oven. I was advised to get a new fan assisted element. This weekend I fitted it, you were right the element was completly burnt out. Unfortunatly the fan assisted part of the oven still won't heat up.

Help me please !!!!!
