zanussi fridge freezer ZX99//5S1?

the temperature alarm button flashes and beeps, i turn it off but the light stays on and about 2 hours later is starts beeping again. the food is staying frozen. any ideas anyone.

Try removing the foot plate and hovering out the dust around the condensor coils.

hi angie,

ours has the same fault. its not defrosting itself. you need to get it checked out. but a temporay fix is to switch it off, empty it, and leave it with doors open for 24 hrs. that will get it running until it ices up again (about a week).
