can anyone help ....i keep getting explorer errors and it shuts down ,i have done virus scans and it has picked up nothing adware scans ect it picked up a few things and fixed them but its still happening i have gone to microsoft site and done all that they say but its still happening ...grrrrrrrrrrrrr

boot into safe mode, if your using xp, do a system restore. if that dosent work, re-install explorer.exe from the windows disk.
